[¶ 1] Plaintiff Lewiston Daily Sun (the "Sun") appeals from a decision of the Superior Court (Androscoggin County, Delahanty, J.) affirming the determination of the Unemployment Insurance Commission that reporter James Stevens was employed by the Sun for purposes of unemployment compensation.
