KANNE, Circuit Judge.

Pursuant to a plea agreement, Lowell Ekeland pleaded guilty to a single count of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341. The district court sentenced Ekeland to 35 months' imprisonment and three years of supervised release, and ordered him to pay restitution to the victim of the offense, Kraft Foods, in the amount of $1,700,000.
