¶ 1. On April 23, 1998, the Pearl River County Circuit Court affirmed an order by the Workers' Compensation Commission which found that Martha Necaise failed to show she had suffered a compensable injury while working for Magnolia Personal Care (Magnolia). The circuit court had previously remanded the case back to the Commission for failure of either the administrative law judge or the Commission to state and/or adopt any findings...
