OPINION

CRIPPEN, Judge.

Appellant Darren Ascheman was convicted of a fifth-degree controlled substance offense for selling a small amount of marijuana to an undercover officer. See Minn.Stat. § 152.025, subd. 1(1) (1998). We affirm.
