FOTI, J.

The plaintiff appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court enforcing the terms of a stipulated judgment. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly granted the defendant's motion to enforce the stipulated judgment without making findings of fact or conducting an evidentiary hearing. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
