Guillermo Fernandez pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. He was sentenced to 235 months' imprisonment and fined $2,000. Fernandez's counsel on appeal has filed a motion to withdraw pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), because he believes that there are no non-frivolous grounds for review...
