Defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and was sentenced as a second felony offender to concurrent indeterminate sentences of 7½ to 15 years. Defendant's subsequent motion pursuant to CPL 440.20 for vacatur of his sentence was denied, and he now appeals from both the judgment...
