Plaintiff, Rebecca A. Shivvers, who purchased land at an auction, appeals from an adverse judgment in a dispute with an auction company, Hertz Farm Management, Inc., and sellers' attorney, John L. McKinney, concerning the existence of an easement on the property that she purchased. The district court granted summary judgment for both defendants.
