Hadden (hereinafter plaintiff) money damages of $130,000 for personal injuries she sustained in an August 12, 1993 collision with a vehicle operated by defendant. As limited by defendant's brief, the only issue that we need consider is whether Supreme Court erred in refusing to reduce the jury's award of $80,000 for future medical expenses by the amount of plaintiff's "basic economic loss" (Insurance Law § 5102...
