After confirmation of a chapter 112 liquidating plan, the bankruptcy court approved the sale of hotel and casino property belonging to debtors-in-possession Debbie Reynolds Hotel & Casino, Inc., Debbie Reynolds Management Company, Inc., and Debbie Reynolds Resorts, Inc. ("Debtors") for $10,650,000.
