Iraj Mahmoudi, appellant, was charged by indictment with possession of at least 400 grams of cocaine. Appellant pleaded not guilty and was tried before a Harris County jury. Prior to trial, appellant filed a motion to suppress evidence seized from his apartment pursuant to a warrant. The trial court denied his motion to suppress, and the jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at eighteen years confinement...
