Defendant John Carl McHorse is a forty-five year old resident of Taos Pueblo, New Mexico. A jury convicted him on four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child less than twelve years of age, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(c), and one count of abusive sexual contact with a child less than twelve years of age, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2244(a)(1).
