He alleged that Applegate, a Michigan resident, and Ammo, a Michigan business, had advertised ammunition-reloading equipment for sale in a periodical sold and distributed in St. Tammany Parish, that he had responded to the advertisement and sent a check for $12,000.00 to Applegate...
