Petitioner Lori A Brown filed a Petition for Writ of Prohibition to prevent the Honorable Roger E. Combs from asserting jurisdiction over a probation violation hearing scheduled for January 7, 1999. She asserted that her period of probation was completed, and that the court thus had no continuing jurisdiction over her and so had no authority to revoke her probation or to hold a hearing for that purpose.
