¶ 1. Courtney Harmon appeals the judgment of the Clay County Chancery Court granting his wife, Lasharia Harmon, a divorce on the ground of adultery and awarding her custody of their daughter. Mr. Harmon contends that Ms. Harmon failed to establish by clear and convincing evidence that he committed adultery during their marriage.
