A jury convicted Norman Hunter ("Hunter") on nine counts of possessing checks that had been stolen from the United States mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708 and one count of conspiracy to possess stolen mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. Hunter's only argument on appeal challenges the district court's decision denying his pretrial motion to dismiss the indictment for pre-indictment delay. For the following reasons, we affirm the...
