Well, certainly the Defendant's sentence is out of whack to what that fellow got, and I am disturbed by that. . . . [Both the government and the defendant will have the] right to appeal and then you can make the decisions, but I am making this one . . . I feel more comfortable with a 10-year sentence [rather] than a 17-year sentence. . . . The great disproportionality of the sentence of the co-defendants would make a 17-year sentence...
