Zarka-Nevling, pleaded guilty to a Class 4 felony of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) (625 ILCS 5/11-501(d)(1)(A) (West Supp. 1997)) in return for the State's promise to dismiss one count of felony driving while license revoked (DWR) (625 ILCS 5/6-303(d) (West Supp.1997)) and was sentenced to 2½ years in prison.
