We hold that where an automobile liability insurance policy provides coverage for non-owned cars, but limits that coverage to the named insured, his or her spouse, and/or their relatives, and "relative" is defined by the policy as a person related to and who lives with the named insured, the insurer is not required to defend or indemnify an insured parent for the tortious conduct of a minor child who does not live with such parent...
