OPINION AND ORDER

KINNEARY, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Defendant's motion for downward departure. (Doc. # 47.) In his motion, Defendant asks this Court to depart downward from the applicable Sentencing Guideline ("Guideline") range by thirteen levels. Specifically, Defendant moves this Court to depart from a level twenty-one to a level eight, thereby making Defendant eligible for a term of probation.1
