STATON, Judge

Following a jury trial, Simon Johnson, Jr. appeals his conviction for stalking as a Class C felony.1 Johnson raises two issues on appeal, which we restate as:

I. Whether the evidence is sufficient to support his conviction. II. Whether the statute under which Johnson's penalty for stalking was enhanced to a Class C felony is unconstitutional...
