Defendant Culver Cove Resorts, Inc. seeks summary judgment on plaintiff Brian Schrieber's claims against it. Mr. Schrieber was injured in an altercation between Mr. Schrieber and defendant Michael Yates Walker in Room 280 at Culver Cove.
