The parties are the biological parents of two children, Ken (born in 1976) and Angela (born in 1979). Following the parties' divorce in 1984, the children continued to reside with petitioner and respondent was ordered to, inter alia, pay child support in a certain specified sum. In October 1996, Angela left petitioner's residence and moved out-of-State to live with her half-sister and brother-in-law, at which time respondent's support obligation...
