The plaintiff-appellant, Lee "Billy" Gilbreath, appeals the judgment of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Morehouse, Judge Michael S. Ingram, presiding, granted the exception of res judicata filed by the defendant-appellee, Lillian Gregory Gilbreath. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.
