¶ 1 The State Compensation Fund ("the Fund") and Travelers Indemnity Company ("Travelers") sued four corporations (collectively "Yellow Cab"), alleging that Yellow Cab taxi drivers were employees covered by workers' compensation and that Yellow Cab had failed to pay necessary insurance premiums.
