This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Russell Ward and Elnora Ward (the "Debtors") for summary judgment on the complaint filed by Tracy Wolford and Brian Wolford (the "Creditors") to determine that the debt owed by the Debtors on the claim of the Creditors should be found nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
