A jury found Mark Antonio Profit guilty of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of intentional second-degree murder for the May 1996 killing of Renee Bell. At the same jury trial, the jury also found Profit guilty of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and attempted first-degree criminal sexual conduct for an August 31, 1996 assault on Phynnice Johnson. The court sentenced Profit to two consecutive life terms...
