¶ 1 Appellant, Shawn L. Daniels, appeals from the order of the trial court denying his request for collateral relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse and remand for further proceedings. The relevant facts and procedural history of this case are as follows.
