[¶ 1] Jessica and Joseph Mayo appealed from a judgment, entered upon a jury verdict, awarding Katherine Symington damages for injuries she incurred in an automobile accident. The Mayos also appealed from an order denying their post-judgment motion for judgment as a matter of law or, alternatively, for a new trial.
