Petitioner seeks review of the Senior and Disabled Services Division's (SDSD) denial of her claim for benefits under the spousal pay program (program), ORS 411.803, OAR 411-030-080, arguing the denial violated Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12132 (1998), and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794 (1998).
