This appeal revolves around the issue of prescription as it applies to a claim for accumulated compensatory time, or leave. The trial court denied the peremptory exception of prescription filed on behalf of City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge and the Greater Baton Rouge Airport District. We reverse for the following reasons.
