Before me are the defendant's motion (Filing No. 27) for summary judgment and the plaintiff's motion (Filing No. 30) for summary judgment. The plaintiff, a former employee of the defendant, filed suit to recover stock options which the plaintiff alleges vested when he left his position with the defendant.
