¶ 1 Teresa A. Nolan, M.D., appeals from the chancellor's order imposing a preliminary injunction to enforce non-compete clauses incident to Nolan's former employment with Medical Center Clinic, P.C. (MCC), a medical practice owned by West Penn Specialty MSO, Inc. (West Penn). Nolan argues that the court erred in imposing the injunction because the injury sustained by MCC is compensable in damages and because the injunction adversely affects the public...
