[¶ 1] Josephine Kjonaas appeals from a divorce judgment and from an order denying her motion for a new trial. We reverse and remand.

[¶ 2] Josephine and Curtis Kjonaas were married in 1969. They operated a farming/ranching operation, and Curtis ran a mechanical repair business on the farmstead.
