Laurenda Jackson sued the City of Griffin for injuries she allegedly sustained when her automobile collided with a police vehicle driven by Officer Kenneth English of the Griffin Police Department. The trial court struck the city's answer as a discovery sanction for failing to produce certain photographs the city had taken of the scene of the collision.
