Gabriel Evans was indicted by a DeKalb County grand jury on multiple counts and was found guilty by a jury of kidnapping with bodily injury, kidnapping, OCGA § 16-5-40, aggravated assault, OCGA § 16-5-21, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, OCGA § 16-11-131.
