This is an appeal from the denial of Woods' Rule 24.035 motion. Woods, who had been charged with the murder of his estranged wife, pled guilty to one count of murder in the second degree and one count of armed criminal action. He was sentenced to twenty years for the murder charge, and three years for the armed criminal action charge with the sentences to be served concurrently.
