Trans World Airlines ("TWA") discharged Sandra Pokuta from its employ after she engaged in an altercation with other TWA employees. A three-member board of arbitration later concluded by a two-to-one vote that the company had just cause to terminate her. Pokuta then filed suit under the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C. § 153 First (q), seeking to have the decision of the arbitrators overturned. The district court dismissed her...
