Joseph Wayne Anders, Jr. (Appellant) appeals an Order of the Superior Court, en banc, that affirmed the Judgment of Sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County (trial court) on Appellant's conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI), 75 Pa.C.S. § 3731.
