JONES, Judge.
This is a remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court involving the issue of proper venue for a Direct Action lawsuit by an employee against his employer's uninsured motorist carrier. Following oral arguments and a review of the record, we find no error in the trial court's judgment overruling the defendant's Exception of Improper Venue.
