Once again, we are asked to reverse defendant's convictions of various drug possession and drug distribution charges. Once again, we are constrained to reverse.

In our prior opinion, we reversed defendant's convictions because of the State's failure to facilitate the attendance at trial of a participant in the drug transaction that the State's surveillance witnesses claimed they saw defendant engage...
