WRIT DENIED.

Defense counsel's affidavit of verification filed in support of the Motion for Speedy Trial fails to satisfy La.C.Cr.P. art. 701.-D(1), and therefore said motion is invalid.

Defendant makes a sparse showing relative to his complaints pertaining to the bail obligations set in Nos. 90,173-90,175. The court further notes the alleged danger to the cooperating witness.

Accordingly, on the showing made, this writ is DENIED
