Budget Rent-A-Car Systems, Inc. (Budget), appeals a summary final judgment in favor of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm). We reverse one portion of this judgment. In this case, State Farm takes the surprising position that it is not required to protect its insured under a standard family automobile liability policy for liability arising out of the use of a rental car, which was rented for one day for noncommercial purposes...
