Plaintiffs brought this action to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff Harold C. Crandall (hereinafter plaintiff) in an April 1, 1993 automobile accident. The matter came on for trial, and a jury rendered a verdict and made an award of damages in favor of plaintiffs. Defendants appeal, primarily contending that Supreme Court erred in denying their motion for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiffs' case based upon plaintiffs' failure...
