LANDRIEU, Judge.

In this workers' compensation case, the judge denied the compensation carrier's motion to reduce the claimant's benefits. The compensation carrier now appeals. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the judgment.

The claimant was injured in the course and scope of his employment on October 26, 1994. Because the treating physician had stated that the claimant could return to gainful employment with restrictions, Bella Donna, his employer...
