Plaintiff, an inmate at Sing Sing Correctional Facility in Westchester County, commenced this action sounding in negligence and products liability against defendant, a domestic corporation. After joinder of issue, defendant moved for summary judgment dismissing the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.
