Plaintiff has asserted claims for race discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, the Kentucky Civil Rights Act and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.1 Among other things, Plaintiff says that Defendant deprived her of the same right to make and enforce contracts as enjoyed by similarly situated white persons.
