Jeffrey Thomas Becka was indicted for second degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) with a minor. The Solicitor's office made an oral plea offer of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature (ABHAN) with probation recommended, which Becka's counsel accepted orally.
