Plaintiff-appellant Alan Park appeals from the circuit court's order granting summary judgment to defendant-appellee Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) in this declaratory judgment action. The resolution of this appeal requires initially a determination whether Park was a "relative" of GEICO's insured, Matthew Findlay, for the purpose of a claim for underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits under Findlay's policy.
