EHRLICH, Judge.

¶ 1 Maricopa County Medical Center ("MCMC") terminated the employment of Jenny Guo in the MCMC residency program in anesthesiology because of Dr. Guo's overall poor performance and her failure to pass the professional examinations required of her. Dr. Guo then sued MCMC for alleged breach of contract and violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. The trial court granted summary judgment...
